Return Policy & Shipping Times
Before completing your purchase, please review our Return/Exchange policies.
Here at Ruby Blue Boutique, we strive to make sure you are satisfied 100% with your purchase. We work extra hard behind the scenes to ensure you are able to shop in confidence with us. Despite our efforts, we understand things happen!
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are able to offer you an in-store credit ONLY. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of purchases and limited stock on some items, it is near impossible for us to offer exchanges. If you REALLY would like an exchange, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to see what we can do :)
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the day of delivery or pick-up. If 7 days have passed and we have not received an email from you requesting a return, unfortunately we are unable to offer a store credit.
All returns are subject to approval. The returned items must be unused and in the same unworn condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Any item that does not meet this criteria, will be rejected.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items include but are not limited to: Bath Bombs, Custom Tees, Circle E Candles, and Gift Cards.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the acceptance or rejection of your return. Instructions on how to use your store credit will also be included in the email if your item was accepted as a return.
Sale Item Return Policy:
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Sale items and "Deal of the Day" items are FINAL SALE.

Ruby Blue does NOT cover the cost of return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are local, please email us and we can give you details for a drop-off return option.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Turnaround Time:
Please give us 5-7 business days (not including weekends) after your return was delivered back to us to process the return. Since we are strictly online, we are able to send you store credit directly to your email. If you haven't gotten an update on your return after 7 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
